Modern US Special Forces 1960s - today

Updated 28/01/02

I have a shelf full of out-of-the-box SAS and GSG-9 Dragon figures so there's no point in putting them up here, check out http://www.legendshobbies.com for pictures of stock Dragon figures.  Some of these are kitbashes pure and simple but will hopefully get more used when smoe of my projects take off.  See Projects page for some proposed projects where these guys might come in useful......

Marine Force Recon (Dragon + bbi), Delta operator during Eagle Claw in background (doing a big remake on him !), 2 SEAL VBSS characters wearing a slection of Dragon, bbi and 21st parts, protec helmet liberally covered in silver Elephant tape - why do they do that ? Delta in Somalia - who hasn't got one at this stage ?, SEAL night ops (based on the bbi Owl character), and some choclate-chip Gulf war warriors Read it ! Dragon figure and 3-color cammies. bbi Protec cut down to simulate the film image of Delta, bbi vest (the one you have to drag over his knees - but it looks great !), bbi knee pads. M-4 is Dragon with added silencer from the bbi Delta set, web gear is also mixture of gear - I like it, but I don't think I'l be doing a Ranger Although I never bought Dragon's LEO I really liked the image so this guy is a composite of bbi and Dragon gear to be my Leo - then he got hold of Black Hawk Down, ditched the head scarf and started carving up the protec !! Brian and Rick, 2 of my proposed Desert Storm SF set. Rick is pretty well weathered, Brian looks like he just stepped from the GQ set ! Inpsired by Dragon's Force Recon, the Ranger Rack with top piece folded down behind the pouches, bbi web gear and SPIE rig, 21st helmet and googles. I think the body is one of the Dragon ranger figures.

One of the first series of Blue Box figures with the cammied up face, going on patrol in the hallway and threatening the cat. Mainly Owl's gear with Dragon silenced MP5 and SOCOM pistol.  nightops4.jpg (63765 bytes) nightops3.jpg (90170 bytes)
